The Catholic Relief Service (CRS)engaged with regional stakeholders from West Coast Region (WCR), Kanifing Municipality (KM) and Greater Banjul Area (GBA) to discuss the school feeding project.
These stakeholders include Senior Officials from Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, The Gambia, School Management Committee representatives (SMCs), Area Council Chairpersons and Ward Councilors.
The regional stakeholders workshop has two main objectives:
Share project updates, including best practices, challenges, and lessons learned with community stakeholders and local authorities.
Solicit feedback and recommendations from the community to improve the project’s performance and sustainability.
The regional stakeholders meeting will continue in North Bank Region and Central River Region where we will bring together stakeholders from the remaining four regions in The Gambia.
