Office of the Executive Coordinator Banjul held an induction training on Integrated Support Services Excellence

 

 

The Office of the Executive Coordinator Banjul successfully concluded a five-day induction training on Integrated Support Services for Front-line Personnel, held from 7th to 11th July 2025.

The training brought together staff from various departments within the Coordinator’s Office and was aimed at strengthening frontline performance, promoting workplace safety, and enhancing support service delivery.

The sessions were led by Mr. Sulayman Trawally, a seasoned senior civil servant and consultant, who shared insights on key operational and safety standards for civil service personnel.

Among the key topics discussed during the training were:

Safety environment for civil servants

Workplace hazards and prevention

Risk classification and mitigation

Safety-driven service delivery

First aid management and emergency response

The Executive Coordinator commended the participants for their dedication and encouraged staff to apply the knowledge gained to improve the overall efficiency and safety of the office environment.

The initiative reflects the Office’s continued commitment to capacity building and service excellence in public administration.
