WHEN WILL JUSTICE JALLOW’S TERM END?

According to the information received by Foroyaa Justice Hassan B. Jallow is to reach retirement age on 14th August, 2026. It is therefore mandatory for him to leave office. He has made it public that he will proceed on leave on 1st August, 2026. He is credited to have presided over a judiciary that has displayed its independence and impartiality based on the fundamental principles of the separation of powers between the executive, legislature and the judiciary.
