Sibanor United recorded a historic moment in their campaign after securing their first-ever maximum points in the Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division Two League with an emphatic 5-2 victory over RS Tallinding.
Former Gambian U-17 captain Francis Gomez starred for the Foni-based side, scoring a brace, while Abdoulie Tamba, Modou Lamin Camara, and Adama Camara also found the back of the net to complete an impressive team performance.
In other Division Two fixtures, North Star FC continued their fine home form with a convincing 2-0 win over Gunjur United.
Baalor FC edged Suwo Kono FC 3-2 in an entertaining five-goal encounter at the Soma Mini Stadium.
Meanwhile, Kanifing East and AJ Soccer FC shared the spoils after playing out a goalless draw, with neither side able to break the deadlock.
