IGP leads discussion on deployment strategy to enhance operational efficiency

The Inspector General of Police, Seedy Mukhtar Touray, together with the Senior Management Team, held a crucial meeting with Regional Commissioners and heads of formations to deliberate on The GPF’s deployment strategy held at the headquarters conference hall on Friday, August 9, 2024

The discussion focused on strategically allocating human resources to maximize operational efficiency across various regions. The deployment plan, aimed at the right placement of personnel, is designed to ensure an effective response to security needs and enhance public service delivery.

By defining clear roles and promoting accountability, the initiative seeks to improve proactive policing efforts, maintain law and order, and strengthen community trust in the police force.
