A Political Alliance Agreement will be signed on Thursday, 20 August 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Pencha Mi Hall . The agreement unites political parties and movements—People’s Right Party (PRP), FORWARD Gambia, National Reform Congress (NRC), PASTEF Gambia, Gambia Movement for Progress, Defending the Gambian Interest, UNITE Party, and Save The Gambia—behind a shared platform for The Gambia’s 5 December 2026 Presidential Election.
Led by Flagbearer Talib Ahmed Bensouda, Coalition 2026 represents a broad partnership for good governance, national unity, economic revival, accountable leadership, and greater opportunities for all Gambians. The signing ceremony, will be attended by party leaders, senior officials, supporters, guests, the public, and media, marks a decisive step toward a strong, cooperative political front for the nation’s future.
