Tankular Village in Kiang West (LRR) is rebuilding its Central Mosque, a place that has served the community for decades and now stands tired and worn as villagers work toward a new and much needed structure.
The effort is being coordinated by Chairman Imam Muhammed Lamin Drammeh, Vice Chairman Lamin Manduar Janneh and PRO Sheikh Sulayman K. Ceesay, who have been guiding the project with the full support of the community.
The old building carries memories of generations, and the new design offers hope for a safer and more welcoming space for worship. Families are contributing what little they can and are reaching out for support to help bring the project to completion.
