Pikine double murder suspect arrested in Touba

According to the Seneweb, the alleged Murderer of Senegalese Dancer Aziz Dabala along with his roommate Boubacar Gano alias Waly has been arrested by elements of the Touba Special Brigade in the Dianatou Mahwa district on the night of the magal.

 

The alleged Murderer Mamadou Lamine Diao known as Modou Lo a Mason living in Pikine Guinaw Rail had confessed to the murder as he unfolded how the crime happened in the smallest details as well as his motives.

 

As per the filed, the alleged murderer often frequented the deceased dancer Aziz. As Mamadou Lamine Diao had gone to Aziz Dabala’s apartment to demand money from him according to Seneweb sources.

 

“I asked Aziz to offer me money. Following his refusal, I brandished a knife to threaten him. Finally, I killed Aziz before taking his phone,” declared the accused Mason in front of the police of Touba. After the murder he took away the victims’ two phones. Adding he the murder tried to cover up the crime, hence he also found Aziz Dabala’s roommate in his own room before killing him.

 

“I also killed Boubacar Gano alias Waly who had seen me when I entered the apartment. I took his cell phone,” confessed the alleged Murderer of the double Murder that occurred in Pikine.

 

Moving on, the alleged Murderer Mamadou Lamine Diao has denied having emptied the wave account of dancer Aziz Dabala as he

only took two phones from the apartment according to his statements to investigators.

 

After the double Murder, Mamadou Lamine Diao, known as Modou Lo, born in 1999, confided the secret to one of his friends as the duo subsequently went to Touba to attend the big event. Mamadou is still at the Touba Gendarmerie awaiting the decision of the hierarchy for his possible transfer to Dakar.
