Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu has completed a permanent switch to Trabzonspor, ending his brief spell at Southampton.
The Turkish club secured the services of the towering forward for a fee of €5.6 million ($6.6 million), a notable financial loss for Southampton, who initially paid €18 million to sign him from KRC Genk in January 2023.
Onuachu, 31, returns to Trabzonspor following a successful loan spell during the 2023/24 season, where he made a strong impression by scoring 17 goals in 25 matches.

His time in England was less fruitful, with just four goals and one assist in 25 Premier League appearances for the Saints.
Trabzonspor, who finished third in the Turkish Super Lig last season, are looking to build on their strong campaign.
They will begin their new season on Sunday, August 10, with a match against Kocaelispor under the leadership of manager Fatih Tekke.
