Honorable Jawando Jallow, the National Deputy Campaign Manager of The Gambia Democratic Congress avoid personal verbal attacks on opponents during functions and focus on addressing pertinent development issues.
Honorable Jallow said such attacks should come ordinary your party supporters but not from the state CEO. He urges him to emulate GDC leader Hon Mamma Kandeh whose sentiments are often based on positive and national development priorities.
“Talk about your achievements with seriousness, talk about your unfinished projects how to complete them, talk about the laid foundation stones you put across the whole country when and how to implement them, talk about our foreign policy, security, plan for agriculture as we are drawing nearer to the rainy season, poor farmers are suffering in the ministerial of Hon Demba Sabally lack of farming equipment.
Mr. President, we have a lot to discuss as a nation than unnecessary attacks, we have a lot to facilitate as a nation whether you know it or not.”
Honorable Jawo said at Rallies where the presidents and his cabinet ministers are present, citizens expect good speeches from the cabinets and the president rather than spending more energies on personal attacks during political rallies.
