Mr Kawsu Colley, the Councilor of Sibanor Ward, generously presented a D25,000 cheque to Abubacarr Sidik Arabic school in Sibanor Village. This funding will be used to paint three classrooms and complete the construction of toilets, a much needed development for the school.
Upon receiving the cheque, the school’s principal, Shaick Lamin Ceesay, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mr Colley for his support.
In addition, the Arabic Senior School in Foni was also a beneficiary of Mr Colley’s kindness. They received a D25,000 cheque to aid in the completion of their under construction classroom in Sikon Village. The principal, Shaick Nfally Badjie, extended his appreciation to Councilor Colley and his development committee for their timely intervention.
Furthermore, Mr Colley visited Jakoi Sibrick Women’s Horticultural Garden in Jakoi Village to assess their water project. This separate engagement highlights Mr Colley’s commitment to assisting various communities in his ward.
