” Christmas is more than just a season of Indulgence”-Pasto Prince Leo Amadi

In his message ahead of Christmas, Pasto Prince Leo Amadi of the Pentecostal Revival Ministry International, the Gambia, instead of overindulging or exceeding your means, Christians should embrace a more meaningful approach to the season.

He emphasized that believers must be mindful of their resources and ensure that their actions are in alignment with God’s ways.

“It’s time to reflect on the blessings of the year and honor God for sustaining us. This sacred holiday calls for a deeper appreciation of the things that truly matter( our faith, our families, and the love we share”

He stressed that Christmas should be a time of renewal and reflection. Cherish the moments spent with loved ones. Give thanks for the blessings in your life, and seek to grow closer to God.

” By celebrating responsibly and with purpose, we can ensure that the season remains a time of joy, peace, and spiritual fulfillment a true celebration of Christ’s love and light in our lives.”

He also said Christmas is often celebrated with grand feasts, extravagant spending, and late-night revelries, while these traditions only bring temporal excitement.
