Sabou United and Manokang played out a dramatic encounter in the 2025 Brikama Sports Committee Nawettan League, with Sabou securing a 3-2 victory after a series of quickfire goals.
Abdou Ceesay opened the scoring just 32 seconds into the match to give Sabou United an early advantage. Manokang responded swiftly when Nuha Sambou equalised within a minute and a half.
Sabou reclaimed the lead in the 4th minute through Amadou Sanyang, but Manokang fought back once again as Saja Jatta made it 2-2 in the 32nd minute.
The winner came in the 62nd minute when Abdou Ceesay capitalised on a defensive mix-up, looping the ball over the goalkeeper to seal his brace and Sabou United’s third goal of the day.
