Ethics commission rejects Les Moonves’ $11K settlement for his role in LAPD investigation

The Los Angeles City Ethics Commssion rejected a proposed settlement between the city and former CBS CEO Les Moonves on Wednesday, citing that a tougher penalty is needed for the disgraced exec who was accused of interereing with a police investigation into sexual assault allegtions against him.
