The US -ISRAELI war against Ian is over. Israel is even claiming that Ian’s nuclear arsenal is moved and relocated in a mountain and not sheltered in the rubbles of the site that was subjected to the heaviest bombardment in the history of the war. This confirms that after the wastage of over 37 billion dollars the war aims of the US are still not achieved.
Hence the pursuit of a cease- fire was urgent and timely in saving lives and properties. Leaders should realise that soldiers are sons and daughters, brothers and sisters and friends of others . They should not be allowed to be tit for tat armed conflict without any goal at sight that could in fact be attained through diplomatic means .
War is no longer an option in the middle east. The enviable developments brought by the oil boom should not be reversed to the detriment of the people .Peace should now be given a chance .
