Is Corruption Working Against Nigeria’s Own Refinery Plans?

By: The Fatu Network News Desk

Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, has accused Nigeria’s oil regulator of blocking the full operation of his Dangote Refinery, alleging that corruption and powerful groups profiting from fuel imports are behind the regulatory resistance.
