Real Madrid win Dortmund thriller to set up PSG clash at Club W’Cup

Real Madrid sealed a 3-2 victory against Dortmund in a thrilling quarter-final clasb at the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday.

The Spanish giants survived a dramatic added time period, which featured three goals and a red card.

Gonzalo Garcia volleyed in Arda Guler’s cross in the 10th minute and tapping in Trent Alexander-Arnold’s cross 10 minutes later.

Madrid were coasting to victory but Maximilian Beier pulled one back for Dortmund, sparking a dramatic end to the game.

Substitute Kylian Mbappe scored an acrobatic volley shortly after but defender Dean Huijsen was sent off for giving away a penalty just seconds later, after pulling back striker Serhou Guirassy, who then converted from the penalty spot.

Real Madrid will now face Paris St-Germain in the semifinal of the FIFA Club World Cup.
