The Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation (SSHFC) has announced that up to 13 residential plots in Tujereng, Brikama, and Brusubi Phase 2 have been taken back from allottees who failed to meet their payment and contract obligations. In a public notice dated 17th October 2025, the corporation said the decision followed “significant default and noncompliance” by the individuals concerned under its housing schemes.
The affected allottees are Alieu Camara, Bubacarr Conteh, Mbesin Touray, Ebrima Touray, Musa Kandeh, Alasan Gaye, Abdoulie Jallow, Sulayman Mendy, Ebrima Sowe, Binta Kanteh, Isatou Ceesay, Kaddy Jabang, and Yankuba Jallow. SSHFC advised them to visit its Head Office in Banjul during working hours to process their refunds.
The corporation expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its commitment to fairness and transparency in housing administration.
