GAMBIA NAMES U-15 GIRLS SQUAD FOR CAF AFRICAN SCHOOLS FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP IN GHANA

Banjul, April 16, 2025 — The Gambia Schools Football Association (GSFA) is pleased to announce the final squad of U-15 girls selected to represent the country at the CAF African Schools Football Championship, to be held in Accra, Ghana from April 22 to 26, 2025.

This promising squad features emerging talents from school-based football programs across The Gambia. These young athletes have demonstrated exceptional skill, discipline, and determination, earning them the honor of representing the nation on the continental stage.

Here is the full list of players and their respective school clubs:

1. Awa Manga – Kanifing

2. Muminatou Jallow – Scan Aid

3. Awa Jobarteh – Scan Aid

4. Sarubanding Jatta – Pallum

5. Fatou Sonko – Bottrop

6. Assiatou Sowe – Charles Jow

7. Haddy Sanyang – Mingdaw

8. Awa Joof – Scan Aid

9. Nyara Trawally – Scan Aid

10. Jarra Bojang – Scan Aid

11. Cripoken N. Mendy – St. Aiden

12. Mariama Beggeh Jammeh – Banjuinding

13. Adama Wollou – Penyem

14. Mama Sanyang – Giboro

15. Aminata Dada Manneh – Mingdaw

16. Mariama Sanneh – Penyem
