Ellah Lakes, Beta Glass, Living Trust, others emerge top stocks to watch this week

The Nigerian equities market sustained its bullish momentum by raking in a N1.74 trillion profit in the first full trading last week.

It would be recalled that the bourse recorded losses in the first two trading days of the week.

The market capitalisation increased to N74.5 from the N72.7 trillion recorded the previous week.

Similarly, the All-Share Index (ASI) increased to 118,138.22 points from the 115,429.54 points recorded the previous week.

The bullish run was propelled by strong showing from stocks like Ellah Lakes Plc, Beta Glass and Living Trust Mortgage Bank Plc, to secure their places amongst the top ten performing stocks last week and positioned themselves as stocks to watch in the new week.
