The alleged victim who claimed that popular American rapper Sean Carter aka Jay Z and Sean Puffy Combs aka Puff Daddy r@ped her has alleged inconsistencies in her claims.
In a recent court case, Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee (who is recognised as a Texas ‘Super Lawyer’) accused Jay-Z of r@ping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 with Puff Daddy.
The victim simply identified as Jane Doe filed a suit through Buzzbee claiming that Jay Z and Puff Daddy raped her.

However, while speaking with NBC News the Alabama resident said: “I have made some mistakes,” while opening up on the “catastrophic event” she claims happened at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards.
In a court filing viewed by Page Six, she also admitted to three discrepancies in her version of events that supposedly occurred that night, prompting Jay Z’s lawyer to ask for the case to be dismissed as soon as possible.
“Today’s stunning public disclosures and severe ongoing harm to Mr. Carter’s reputation” are the reasons why Jay Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, sought the judge to cut the case dismissal filing deadline from 21 days to one.
